“Inspired by nature’s grand design, La Cassia Residences will not only offer complete lifestyle experience for its residents but also a prime address surrounded by natural foliage while introducing the beauty of the outdoors into each home. Even the amenities will complement the lushness of its surroundings,” explains Eugene Em Lozano, first vice president for sales and marketing, Megaworld.
La Cassia Residences will be strategically located in front of a green park. It will feature amenities that include a swimming pool with pool deck, function hall, fitness center, outdoor fitness facilities, daycare center, and a walkway area.
“There is a growing demand for residential condominiums in this part of Cavite especially among the next generation Caviteños who are excited to see the next phase of Cavite and experience a more dynamic lifestyle,” adds Lozano.
Megaworld expects to generate around P1.4-billion from this new residential project, which is due for completion in 2025.
In 2017, Megaworld launched the Maple Grove Commercial District, in which 363 commercial lots were sold out in just less than a year. This district will be surrounded by seven green and open park including an expansive ‘Central Park.’
A year after, the company also launched its first residential development, the 10-storey The Verdin at Maple Grove alongside with its first office development, the 17-storey One Corporate Place that offers 93 office units for sale.
Megaworld is also building a two-level ‘greenhouse-inspired’ Maple Grove Town Center, its first mall development in General Trias.
Dubbed as the ‘Green City of the South’, Maple Grove boasts of several sustainability features that include a Rainwater Park, which is a two-hectare tree park designed to be a catchment basin for rain water runoff, a landscape drip irrigation system, bike lanes, pocket gardens and tree parks, as well as vertical gardens in various buildings around the township.
Maple Grove will also have its own chapel, transport hub, biking and jogging track, futsal field, and a six-lane Maple Grove Boulevard that traverses the township.
Megaworld has allocated P15-billion to build the township within 10 years.
