The country’s pioneering integrated resort, Resorts World Manila (RWM), and the Philippines’ leading carrier, Cebu Pacific, have once again joined forces to expand services at the RWM Travelers Lounge to include flight booking and modification terminals. This is on top of the satellite check-in counter where Cebu Pacific passengers departing from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3).

Located at the ground floor of the RWM’s Newport Mall, the Travelers Lounge at RWM gives Cebu Pacific passengers on long lay-overs or transiting in-between flights a convenience and enjoyable option to checking-in for their flights from the NAIA. Now, guests can also book Cebu Pacific flights using the booking terminals at the RWM Travelers Lounge. They may pay for their bookings and add-ons using their credit cards or through over the counter payments at the BDO branch directly across the lounge.

The Travelers Lounge at RWM is open from 12:00NN to 12:00MN daily. 

“Thousands of passengers have been using our Travelers Lounge for checking in since it opened, but we also had feedback and inquiries regarding flight bookings. The booking terminals will give customers the ability to book or rebook flights; purchase add-ons; or manage bookings for disrupted flights from an off-site Cebu Pacific facility,” said Charo Logarta Lagamon, Corporate Communications Director of Cebu Pacific, “Moreover, the satellite Cebu Pacific booking and check-in facilities will also help ease digital adoption and educate passengers to utilize our website or mobile app for their travel requirements.”

As an added treat for those who check-in at the satellite lounge, RWM is giving away PHP 150 discount vouchers for every minimum PHP500 spend at RWM signature restaurants such as Impressions, Passion, Ginzadon, Café Maxims, and gaming area restaurants Silk Road, Silogue, Victoria Harbour Café, and Franks, among others.

Travelers with flights are responsible for reaching their boarding gates on time and encouraged to check the flight status boards around the property and to allow enough time to reach the airport.

Passengers can avoid the usual airport road traffic by using Runway Manila, an air-conditioned, elevated walkway that directly connects Newport City with NAIA T3. Free shuttle vans regularly make the rounds from Newport Mall and RWM hotels to the Runway Manila entrance from where passengers can walk to the airport within five minutes. RWM also has a free hourly airport shuttle that is open to the public.
