Megaworld, the property empire of tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan, announced today that it is giving a residential condominium unit in Eastwood City to Filipino Olympic Gold Medalist Hidilyn Diaz, following her historic win that gave the Philippines its first-ever Olympic gold medal.

Following the company’s rollout of its free vaccination program for employees and stakeholders last week, Megaworld reports that it has completed the vaccination of 95% of its office-based employees, mostly in Metro Manila. This is equivalent to around 2,300 out of the 2,430 employees currently assigned in the various office locations of the company such as Eastwood City, Uptown Bonifacio, and McKinley Hill.

Following its filing of registration statement for the planned biggest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) offering, Andrew Tan-led property giant Megaworld is strengthening its development pipeline in the next five years as it looks on investing the proceeds from the offer to complete 21 new office and commercial projects across 11 townships in the country.
