Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a Megaworld subsidiary and the country’s leading developer of master-planned integrated tourism-estates, registered a net income of P848 million during the first half of 2022, a 32% increase from the P643 million recorded in the same period last year.

Megaworld, the Philippines’ biggest developer of integrated urban townships, achieved a net income of P6.7 billion during the first half of 2022, 26% higher than the P5.4 billion registered during the same period last year.

Township developer Megaworld is launching its third residential condominium project inside its 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
